Booking Terms & Conditions

 

1. The Contract
The contract exists between you and Aryans Tours Company in Armenia, once we have received your proposal of trip discussed all the details of your holiday and received deposit EUR 100 per person. We will send you confirmation and invoice with detailed services and prices. Booking terms and conditions apply to all passengers of tourist group and the person signing the contract warrants that he/she is authorized to do so.
All correspondence will be conducted with the lead person named on the contract.

2. Deposit and Final Payment
The deposit EUR 100 is nonrefundable amount, to ensure our travel coordinators start travel arrangements (booking hotels, guide, vehicles, meals etc.). Final balance is due 30 days prior to departure. Full payment must be made if your booking arrives in less than 40 days before tour start. We reserve the right to cancel your booking and apply the relevant cancellation charges detailed below if we do not receive all payments at the due time.
There are no charges applied for deposit payment. For final balance only bank or card processing fees will be applied.
• Guaranteed departure trips
When participating in guaranteed departure trip, please carefully look at itinerary with all the details, inclusions and exclusions as it is not a subject for discussion once you booked. You should accept you are travelling in a group and admit the required decisions made by your tour leader/guide as he/she knows region and local circumstances well and is responsible for trip quality.
• Tailored trips
Tailored trips are subject of discussion between travellers (tour leader in case of group travel). After the details of tour are discussed and confirmed with Aryans Travel, the price will be calculated and sent along with the invoice. Minor changes in itinerary not affecting on price of tour can be done 30 days prior the tour start.

3. Special Requirements
Please liaise with your consultant regarding any special requirements you may have for your travel arrangements such as special meal, seating and accommodation requests.

4. Cancellation by client
Client needs to notify the Company in writing as soon as possible if you or any member of your party needs to cancel his/her holiday.
Cancellation charges payable to the company are written below:
40 days before tour start – deposit EUR 100
40 – 20 days before tour start 25 % of tour price
20-15 days before tour start 50 % of tour price
Less than 15 days 100 % of tor price
The cancellation charge is based on the total invoice charge.

5. Cancellation and changes by company
The holidays featured on the website are planned many months in advance and are not subject of change and cancellation. Under obligation of circumstances (weather, public holidays) we may make light changes and alterations in itinerary keeping unchanged all included services and sightseeing.
Please note our tours require a minimum number of participants to enable us to operate them (advised in trip info section of each trip). We reserve the right to cancel trip if any tour does not have the minimum number of participants. We will notify you or your travel agent of cancellation for this reason not less than 30 days before the start of your tour and will do full refund of amount paid.

6. Force majeure
Force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control and which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part frees both parties from liability or obligation. In case of Force majeure we don't issue any refund.

7. Liability
Tours operated or supplied by the Company have been designed to provide participants with an exposure to the true nature of the environment visited and therefore involve an element of potential risk and exposure to potential hazards over and above those associated with normal package holidays. All bookings are accepted on the understanding that the Client appreciates and accepts such risks and hazards inherent in adventure travel and that they undertake the tours featured in our programs at their own volition. If a Client participates in an activity not included as part of a tour operated by the Company, the Client accepts all responsibility for taking part in such an activity and indemnifies the Company against any and all claims related to such an activity. Where the Client suffers death, personal injury or any other loss whatsoever as a result of an activity forming part of the tour arrangements booked with the Company, the Company shall only accept responsibility if the death, personal injury or loss was caused by the negligent acts and/or omissions of the Company's employees, officers, agents, suppliers or sub-contractors. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall not be liable for such death, personal injury or any other loss suffered whatsoever if there has been no fault on the part of the Company or its partners, or if the cause was the fault of the Client or due to the actions of someone unconnected with the tour arrangements or due to circumstances which neither the Company nor its partners could have reasonably anticipated or avoided.
