During archeological excavations wine press and fermentation jars from about 6,000 years ago were found in Areni cave in the South of Armenia. A cave with perfect dry and cool conditions was used as a wine cellar. Armenians haven’t forgotten their winemaking traditions but wisely preserved them to represent to the guests from all over the world.
